Pear and Watercress Salad
Serves 2
1 bunch watercress
1 pear, sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1. Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
2. Toss watercress and pear with dressing.
3. Top with sesame seeds.
