Mojo de Ajo Chicken Fajitas
2 tablespoons Mojo de Ajo
1 large chicken breast, sliced
1/2 of a green pepper, sliced
1/2 of a yellow pepper, sliced
1/2 of a red pepper, sliced
1/2 of a red onion, sliced
Guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese for serving
1. Heat large pan over medium head. Add Mojo de Ajo.
2. Add onions, peppers, and chicken. Saute until peppers are soft and chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, heat tortillas and prepare toppings.
4. Serve chicken and peppers with tortillas, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
