Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Dipping Sauce

This flavorful dipping sauce is a great compliment to simple roasted asparagus. I served this with my recipe for Classic French Onion Soup.

Roasted Asparagus
Serves 2
1 bunch of asparagus
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut off end of each asparagus spear and then cut into 4 pieces.
2. Mix asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.

Garlic Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Fresh chives, diced

Combine all ingredients and serve with roasted asparagus.
